Return & Exchange Policy

How to return a product:

  • In case of any transit related issues, for eg. if the product gets damaged during transit, a parcel opening video (unedited/uncut) is needed. This video is mandatory in order to get the products exchanged.
  • You can share this video by dropping us an email at with your order details (order no. etc).
  • Please inform us within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Once your return request is approved you can send us the parcel.

Return Exceptions:

Bliss By Takshvi does not accept returns on the following:

  • Nose pins
  • Jewelry on Offer
  • Products purchased during the sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • Customized products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • In case, you inform us about the return after 3 days of receiving it, we will not be able to accept the return request.
  • The product should be in its original condition along with the tags and the packaging, it will not be returned in case of missing tags.

Exchange Process :

If your purchase meets the exchange criteria above, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery via any of the following channels:

  • For Damage/quality issues, please provide the order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.


In case of quality issue/defect:

  • Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
  • We will organize a reverse pick up from the address stated in your invoice
  • Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.
  • In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the full amount for the damaged product.
  • Our credit notes can be used on our website for your next purchase.


Cancellation Policy:

Please consider the following points in case you decide to cancel your order with us:

  • As a normal order is dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order, we only process cancellations within 4 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the product is dispatched, we will not be able to process any cancellations.
